Argyle’s defeat against Wycombe last night was the latest in a long line of terrible Tuesdays at Home Park.

The Greens just do not like playing under the floodlights on a Tuesday evening at Home Park.

Since dropping into League Two for the 2011-2012 season Argyle have played 10 league games on a Tuesday night at home and have won just once.

The record over those 10 games is won one, drawn six and lost three, picking up just nine points from a possible 30, scoring six goals and conceding nine.

John Sheridan’s record as manager for Tuesday night games is played six, won one, drawn three and lost two.

Argyle’s next scheduled Tuesday game at Home Park is in April when we play Wimbledon.
