Plymouth Argyle or Newport County have been drawn to play Liverpool away in the Third Round of the FA Cup.

The Third Round draw took place today with Argyle and Newport allocated ball number 63.

Argyle and Newport played out a 0-0 draw in the Second Round game at Home Park on Saturday, Newport were down to ten men after just 23 minutes when Sean Rigg was sent off for a lunging tackle.

The replay will take place at Rodney Parade with a likely date of Tuesday 13 December.
The winner of that tie will play Liverpool at Anfield on the weekend of 6,7,8 January 2017.
Under FA Cup regulations a home club must allocate 15% of their total stadium capacity to visiting supporters meaning Argyle or Newport would be given around 8,000 tickets.
