Norwich v Argyle

Plymouth Argyle make the long to Carrow Road for tonight’s game against Championship strugglers Norwich City in front of a sell-out crowd.

Norwich have sold all tickets for the game against Argyle and it promises to be an exciting encounter.

Norwich are bottom of the Championship and were heavily beaten 3-0 by Argyle in the recent match at Home Park. However, since that game Norwich have recorded two wins from three games and show signs of a revival under new manager Glenn Roeder.

Argyle will be looking for their second successive away win following the superb win against Sheffield United in their last trip on the road.

The game will be new manager Paul Sturrock`s first away match and he will hope his side will further cement their promotion credentials with a win at Carrow Road.
The Pilgrims are in sixth place in the Championship and could rise to third spot if results go their way.

Argyle will be without the injured Lee Martin. The Manchester United on-loan winger is still nursing a hamstring injury, which was aggravated in the game against Scunthorpe United on Saturday. French midfielder Nadjim Abdou is expected to start against the Canaries.

Midfielder David Norris and striker Sylvan Ebanks-Blake have both missed training due to injury niggles but both are expected to play against Norwich.
