The referee for Argyle’s League Two top-of-the-table game against Doncaster Rovers at the Keepmoat Stadium on Sunday is Oliver Langford.

The West Midlands-based ref was the man in the middle when the two teams met at Home Park in December where he sent-off Rovers captain James Coppinger in the 90th minute; the Greens won the game 2-0.

Langford, who is a Select Group Two official, was also the referee for Argyle’s League Two play-off semi-final first leg tie against Portsmouth in May last last season.

So far this season he has shown 120 yellow cards and five red cards in 38 games.

Langford will be assisted on Sunday by Steven Meredith and James Wilson while the fourth official is Scott Duncan.
