Yeovil Town striker Reuben Reid has returned to Home Park on a season-long loan.

The 24-year old joined Argyle on-loan in January last season, playing the majority of his 18 games as a lone striker and became a firm favourite with the fans.
His battling performances were influential in the Greens avoiding relegation.

This will be Reid’s third spell at Argyle after starting his career at Home Park before moving away and playing for many other clubs.

Hopefully Reid will play alongside a second striker for the new season and improve Argyle’s goal-scoring ratio.

Reid spoke to the club official website and said: ‘When I heard there was interest, I didn’t hesitate and everything happened pretty quickly. I just can`t wait to get back now.
‘John (Sheridan) is one of the main reasons why I signed. I enjoyed playing for him and I really think he can get the best out of me.’

Welcome back on-board the good ship Mayflower, Reuben.
