A day after losing a musical and cultural icon attention turns to a game of football.

Top of the table Argyle host second-place Northampton Town at Home Park tonight, a game that has all the ingredients to be a cracker with a sprinkle of stardust!

The Greens have won four league games in a row and sit three points clear of Northampton. The Cobblers are on an excellent run; winning nine of their last 11 league games, drawing one game and losing the other and know a 2-0 win will put them top of League Two based on goals scored with a game in hand.
New striker James Collins is expected to make his debut after signing on-loan from Shrewsbury Town.

Argyle manager Derek Adams has today added Hibs defender Jordon Forster to his squad, the 22-year old will remain on-loan at Home Park until the end of the season.
It’s doubtful if Adams will change his starting eleven from the team that beat Carlisle United 10 days ago, although Graham Carey could be a surprise inclusion on the bench in the same way Reuben Reid appeared out of nowhere on Boxing Day after a long injury lay-off.

A big crowd and a fantastic atmosphere is expected tonight.

Come On You Greens!
