Under 18’s In Close Victory

Plymouth youth beat Cheltenham 2- 1 with Reuben Reid and Chris Zebroski getting on the score sheet.

Reid’s goal resulted from a deep cross from Tony McKeever on 30 minutes which he brought down on his chest and slotted the ball past their keeper.

Cheltenham equalised in the second half with a fast counter attack but Chris Zebroski scored the winner
with a deft header.

The official site reported ‘The game was hard-fought with very few clearcut chances, made difficult by very gusty conditions but Argyle probably just shaded it.’
