Plymouth Argyle will be the happier of the two teams as the spoils were shared in this Championship clash at Molineux.
Wolves extended their run to one defeat in 11 games while Argyle made it 4 games without defeat as they bid to climb away from the relegation zone.
It was Wolves who dominated the opening exchanges with Darren Anderton forcing Plymouth keeper Romain Larrieu to make a fine save, Wolves were also unlucky when a shot crashed off the Plymouth crossbar.
It was against the run of play and Plymouth’s first attack when they took the lead in the 21st minute. A Tony Capaldi corner reached Elliott Ward who converted to make it one nil to the Pilgrims.
Plymouth held the lead for only 10 minutes before Wolves deservedly equalised. Kenny Miller threaded a great through ball into the path of midfielder Colin Cameron who slotted home to square the match.

Plymouth re-organised for the second half and played a 3-5-2 formation with midfielder and captain Paul Wotton dropping back into defence.
Wolves had the better share of the second half but struggled to create any clear cut chances and it was Plymouth who finished the match stronger and could have snatched all 3 points late in the game but substitute Keith Lasley’s 25 yard shot hit the post and was cleared.

Wolves will be frustrated at not taking all 3 points as they bid to reach the play-offs, but Plymouth will be happy at taking a point from a tough away game.
