Plymouth Argyle have appointed Colin Sexstone as a Non-executive Director.

The former Bristol City chairman will bring a wealth of experience to the club as a sports administrator and is tasked with increasing financial revenues at Home Park to assist the Pilgrims in progressing through the leagues.

Sexstone, 64, was Chief Executive at Gloucestershire County Cricket before being head-hunted to take over at Bristol City.
After 11 years at Ashton Gate he left in May 2012 to pursue other interests and in recent months he has returned to Gloucestershire after being co-opted onto the Executive Board, he’s also been appointed as Chairman of Bristol law firm Charles Cook and Co and in May of this year Sexstone formed his own company Sexstone Consulting Limited as well as joining the Argyle board.
