Philip Davies, the Principal at Plymouth City College, is the latest director to join the board of the Plymouth Argyle Football in the Community Trust.

Other directors include the former Argyle Head of Youth Development Gordon Bennett, General Manager Jason Turner, former Argyle director Captain David Tall and Plymouth City Council education adviser John Searson.
Ex-Argyle acting Chief Executive Martin Baker resigned as a director at PAFitCT last month following his departure from the main PAFC company and Saltrock; Reverend Nicholas McKinnel also departed from the Trust in January.

Plymouth City College, in partnership with PAFC, the Akkeron Group and the College of St Mark & St John, are planning to build a studio school alongside the Home Park stadium with an opening date of September 2014.
A new company called Plymouth Studio School was formed in December 2012 with Davies named as a director.

Established in 1992 the Plymouth Argyle Football in the Community Trust is a charitable organisation with the aim of bringing football to all walks of life in Plymouth. The vision is to bring the football club and the community closer together and become the leading sports and educational trust within the South West.
The PAFitCT has 12 development centres across Devon and Cornwall and works with a large number of Devon Junior Minor football clubs.
