Who was the best player for Plymouth Argyle during December?

It’s time for Argyle fans to vote for their Player Of The Month for December in Plymouth Vital’s new poll.

Previous winners of the poll were Sylvan Ebanks-Blake for August, Krisztian Timar in September, Lee Hodges for October and Peter Halmosi in November.

The Pilgrims played seven Championship games during December, winning three, drawing two and losing two, scoring 11 goals and conceding 8.

Who was the best player in December?

We have narrowed the contenders down to seven players:

French midfielder Nadjim Abdou cemented a first-team place during December with his tough tackling and strong-running.

Jermaine Easter is now getting a regular run in the team after his move from Wycombe and has shown his potential.

Striker Sylvan Ebanks-Blake scored five goals during December taking his tally to 12 for the season to become one of the hottest strikers in the Championship.

Peter Halmosi is one of the best left-sided player’s in the Championship and is crucial to Argyle’s attacking play.

Livewire midfielder David Norris returned to form last month with his busy all-action displays and weighed in with the winning goal against Watford.

Marcel Seip has continued his excellent performances at the heart of the Argyle defence and hasn’t put a foot wrong.

Hungarian centre-back Krisztian Timar had an excellent month and notched up three goals.
