Argyle Sign Bencherif

Argyle have signed midfielder Hamza Bencherif.

The Algerian under-20 international has been on trial at Home Park for the past week and now Argyle boss John Sheridan has moved to sign him on a short-term deal until January 1st 2014.

The 25-year old has played for several clubs in England including Nottingham Forest, Lincoln City, Macclesfield and Notts County.

After being released by County at the end of last season Bencherif was on trial at several clubs over the summer before moving to Home Park.
