Former Plymouth Argyle winger Bojan Djordjic has issued a ‘come and get me’ plea to top Swedish club AIK.

Djordjic spent just over two years at Argyle but left last week after having his contract terminated.

The Serbian-born former Manchester United player had a contract with the Pilgrims until June 2008 but due to lack of first team action Djordjic and Plymouth agreed to cancel his contract.

Speaking after leaving Home Park, Djordjic said: ‘The club owners agreed with me that enough is enough and that I should make it clear to people I wasn’t the problem this time’.

The former Sweden Under-21 international admits that he is a big fan of Swedish side AIK and would like to sign for manager Ola Andersson, Djordjic said: ‘If I move back to Sweden I would definitely want to play for AIK.
‘I don’t want to forget that I am an AIK fan in my heart. The papers will be signed on Monday and after that I hope that things will start happen.
‘If Ola calls me and wants me, I would definitely consider his offer.’

Djordjic played 43 games for Argyle with 19 of them being starts, scoring 4 goals.
