Sylvan Is Player Of The Month

Plymouth Argyle striker Sylvan Ebanks-Blake has been voted as the best Player of the Month for December in the latest poll on Plymouth Vital.

The 21-year old former Manchester United hit-man was the clear winner with the Argyle fans, picking up 55% of the vote, while defender Krisztian Timar was in second place with 14% and French midfielder Nadjim Abdou was third with 13%.

Ebanks-Blake scored five goals during December, taking his tally to 12 for the season to become one of the hottest strikers in the Championship and helping Argyle to pick up 11 points during the month.

The striker was also voted as Player of the Month in August, with other winners including Krisztian Timar in September, Lee Hodges for October and Peter Halmosi in November.
